1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene, exclusivity, and quality control:

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Packaging photos (if applicable)

We will investigate the issue and, if verified, offer a replacement or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

3. Conditions for Return Approval (if applicable)

To be eligible for return or replacement (in case of approved exceptions):

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • All original tags, dust bags, and accessories must be included
  • We may request the return of the damaged product before sending a replacement

4. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our side. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
